Our building was built primarily with the comfort of our guests in mind, but we are not indifferent to the future of our planet.
The house has 4 levels, 6 flats, a gym, a laundry room and a garage. You can access the building and the flats keyless by entering access codes. To minimise the environmental impact, the building has been equipped with photovoltaic panels, energy storage, a heat pump and mechanical ventilation with recuperation. The solutions introduced mean that the building produces more electricity than it takes from the municipal grid.
