Our facility offers a unique location, combining the tranquillity of nature with good communication with both the city centre and the airport and ring road. ZaKa is an ideal place for those who want to spend time in Krakow away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our building was built with the comfort of our guests in mind, with concern for the environment. The house has 4 levels, 6 flats, a gym, a laundry room and a garage. You can access the building and the flats without keys by entering access codes. To minimise the environmental impact, the building has been equipped with photovoltaic panels, energy storage, a heat pump and mechanical ventilation with recuperation. The solutions implemented mean that the building produces more electricity than it takes from the municipal grid.
